Midlife Crisis vs. Midlife Clarity
Around my 40th birthday some clarity began to emerge. First, in the realization that I really didn’t care what other people thought about me anymore. This was huge, because I tend to be rather co-dependent and I want people to like me. The swing to the other direction took me a bit by surprise but I also saw it as freedom to be myself. Step one.
Or I should say a giant leap for this woman.
